Case Study:
Jewish Council for Public Affairs
More than doubling grassroots fundraising results for a legacy Jewish organization during a moment of rising antisemitism and degrading democratic norms.
Results That Speak for Themselves
In a period when many fundraising non-profits experienced a drop in their end-of-year giving revenue, Jacobs Studio drove a 37% increase from 2023 to 2024, and then a 120% increase from 2024 to 2025.*

“I've never worked with a consultant who has felt as essential to and embedded in the culture of an organization as Steve has been at JCPA. While email fundraising is his primary focus, his strategic insights have guided our work across our entire digital strategy, and his laser focus on grassroots fundraising has helped us build a far broader base of support than the organization has had in recent memory.”

The Context
-
The Jewish Council for Public Affairs (JCPA) is an organization with an 80-year history, but it had largely served as a convener of other organizations. So for most of its existence it had existed largely behind the scenes and it did not have a large or active online community.
With a new leader at the helm and a message perfectly suited for this crucial historical moment, JCPA was poised to take a renewed leadership role in the Jewish non-profit space, but it lacked the digital infrastructure to do so.
-
JCPA contracted Jacobs Studio to provide full-scale digital support for a major launch of the organization’s new Action Networks in the spring of 2024, and then for ongoing email fundraising strategy and execution, along with overall digital strategy counsel across web, social, and paid through early 2026.
