Refreshing and relaunching a legacy Jewish organization during a crucial historical moment of threats to democracy and rising antisemitism.
The Challenge
JCPA is an organization with an 80-year history, but it had largely served as a convener of other organizations. As such, for most of its existence it had existed largely behind the scenes and it did not have a large or active online community.
With a new leader at the helm and a message perfectly suited for the crucial historical moment, JCPA was poised to take a renewed leadership role in the Jewish non-profit space, but it lacked the digital infrastructure to do so.
